On the plus side, I have a lot of flexibility when it comes to managing my own time. However, I am naturally preoccupied with a million ideas and not the best at organizing. It's really a challenge getting all my ducks in a row and managing a schedule on a day-to-day basis. I feel for the people who have the demands of a full-time job as well! Thank you Suzanne.
