Most bloggers would have made this into about 6 different posts just to get "credit." You are really writing for the sake of your readers, and we appreciate that. That is what keeps people coming back. Thanks.

Suzanne you did quite a job here. I don't have a day job for someone else but I am self-employed and running a second business on the side. I can tell you how stressful that is. On the plus side, I have a lot of flexibility when it comes to managing my own time. However, I am naturally preoccupied with a million ideas and not the best at organizing. It's really a challenge getting all my ducks in a row and managing a schedule on a day-to-day basis. I feel for the people who have the demands of a full-time job as well!

Thank you Suzanne. I pitch my girlfriend these principles constantly!
She works at a prestigious West Coast University and is considering starting her own accounting business. I thing she has incredible equity in her association with the school's reputation and its surrounding up-scale clientele.
As you say, the key is to realize this and leverage your position there.
I'm sending her your article now!
Keep-up the good work!

Well said Erik!

I pitch my girlfriend these principles constantly!<br
