Here are some great articles from 2007 during the week of January 25th to February 1st:
- Start a business for $200 or Less
- Save money by Cutting High Cost Entertainment
- My Opinion on No Money Down Home Financing
Upcoming For the Week of February 4th through the 8th:
We’re going to discuss finding foreclosures, getting your house ready for selling this spring, the disadvantages of trying to time the stock market, and what’s going on with the job market in the United States. I will also give what I liked and didn’t like from reading Kiyosaki’s book, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”. I will also give you a how-to about sorting through the best type of health insurance for your situation.

I read your “No Money Down” article and while it sounds great to not have 100% financing, some of us do not have parents that are able to help us with a down payment. We ended up doing an 80/20 loan(s) and buying a house worth a little less than what we would have with a 20% down payment. Our 20% loan is interest-only and is tax deductible where PMI is not.
