I read your “No Money Down” article and while it sounds great to not have 100% financing, some of us do not have parents that are able to help us with a down payment. We ended up doing an 80/20 loan(s) and buying a house worth a little less than what we would have with a 20% down payment. Our 20% loan is interest-only and is tax deductible where PMI is not.
