By participating in PPP, you are selling out your audience for pocket change, and you&#039;re letting your position of trust and influence be corrupted by advertisers.
Google AdSense, Text Link Ads, hell even those annoying banner pop-ups aren&#039;t as bad as PayPerPost. At least with those it should be obvious to the reader that they&#039;re advertisements. With PayPerPost, your readers may think you&#039;re actively endorsing a product even if you&#039;re just talking about it for the money.
