Print24 is very tricky I wouldn’t recommend em. they say they check your order before printing but they don’t even do that. crappy printing and lousy service. no doubt

Print24 is a very good reliable way to print your company’s advertisementsFast service and very friendly personnel on the call centre which works almost 24 hours!I really like print 24 because they we helping throughout the whole process of creating the advertisement until the final proof for printing.

Really shocking service from Print24. These guys are very very cheap, but sadly in this case it means very very nasty! My latest batch of promo flyers are just unusable because of a massive printing error and the colour varies so much across the batch that the first flyer is almost a completely different flyer to the last one.

Please do yourself a favour, spend the extra few pounds and print in the UK….

Dreadful :(

I used to use these lot quite a bit. They are cheap and the quality is fine…
But that is it.

I once had a problem with a print run and rang them. I needed to double my total run. Their guy on the phone told me that I need to make a new order now – even though it was less than 10 minutes after placing my order and the printing wasn’t due to start for 24 hours.

…and that they’d recharge me the basic setup costs (Which were about £15 if I remember correctly).

There was no give – and really, really quickly the guy cut me off with (and I quote) “if I don’t like it, I can take my business elsewhere. It’s not our problem.”

So, I left a comment about “poor customer service” on their website.

The same guy then rang me back – His very fisrt line was “I see you’ve been busy on our website.” and then continued to have a go at me down the phone for making a comment on their comments section which he didn’t agree with.

Basically, avoid unless you really have no other choice.

Vistaprint often offers specials like the one you mentioned (certain number free with shipping) and they also have numerous templates to choose from. I believe custom design costs more though.
