		<description>Amber, I think you need to closely evaluate if you are really having emergencies or the emergencies are something that you could have planned for.  

For instance, a $250 car repair might be considered an emergency, but you could easily factor in money to set aside in your monthly budget for car repairs.  You may already do this, but it is just an example.</description>
